KP Green Engineering Ltd — Important, 10-10-2025: Company Update

KP Group, which includes KP Green Engineering, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Gujarat to establish Hydrogen and Electric Vehicle (EV) fuel stations across the state. The group will invest ₹8,000 crore in this project, which is projected to create approximately 1,000 employment opportunities. This initiative significantly advances Gujarat's clean energy and e-mobility infrastructure, aiming to build a robust, future-ready refuelling ecosystem.
