Elecon Engineering delivered strong Q2 & H1 FY26 results. Q2 consolidated revenue grew 14% YoY to Rs. 578 Cr, with EBITDA up 12% YoY to Rs. 126 Cr. For the half-year, revenue was Rs. 1,069 Cr (+19% YoY) and EBITDA Rs. 256 Cr (+25% YoY). The Material Handling Equipment (MHE) division showed exceptional growth, with Q2 revenue up 33% YoY, while the Gear division also reported resilient 9% YoY revenue growth.
The company is focused on scaling its high-growth MHE division and expanding overseas business, aiming for 50% of consolidated revenue from international markets by FY30. This strategy is backed by R&D investments and strategic alliances. Elecon secured a robust order intake of Rs. 688 Cr (+28% YoY) in Q2, boosting its open order book to Rs. 1,226 Cr as of September 30, 2025.
Q2 EPS stood at Rs. 3.91. H1 profit after tax (including one-time arbitration and mark-to-market gains) was Rs. 263 Cr. Management is confident in achieving the FY26 revenue guidance of Rs. 2,650 Cr, supported by strong domestic demand and encouraging overseas inquiries.
