Mankind Pharma has signed a Business Transfer Agreement to acquire the Branded Generic Business relating to its Women Health Rx Portfolio. This strategic asset transfer, valued at ₹797 Cr, is from Bharat Serums & Vaccines Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mankind Pharma. This move is set to significantly enhance Mankind's presence and product offerings within the high-growth women's health segment, further strengthening its core branded generic business. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions.
