    Britannia Industries Limited — Credit Ratings, 10-10-2025: Credit Rating

    Crisil Ratings has reaffirmed 'Crisil AAA/Stable' for Britannia's Rs. 3,000 Cr long-term bank facilities and 'Crisil A1+' for Rs. 500 Cr commercial paper (reduced from Rs. 1,279 Cr). Additionally, the 'Crisil AAA/Stable' rating for Rs. 301.48 Cr non-convertible debentures has been withdrawn at the company's request.
