ICRA Ltd. has reaffirmed GIC Housing Finance's long-term bank facilities (₹9000 Cr) and NCDs (₹1030 Cr) as 'ICRA AA+ (Stable)'. An additional ₹500 Cr NCD limit also received 'ICRA AA+ (Stable)'. Short-term bank facilities (₹1000 Cr) and Commercial Paper (₹1500 Cr) ratings are reaffirmed 'ICRA A1+'.
