Advait Energy Transitions Ltd — Important, 10-10-2025: Company Update

Advait Energy Transitions' subsidiary, Advait Greenergy Private Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat. This MoU is part of an investment promotion activity, under which Advait Greenergy plans to establish two new projects in Gujarat. These projects represent a total investment of Rs 1450 Cr. The Government of Gujarat will facilitate the subsidiary in obtaining necessary permissions and approvals for these ventures, which is a key step in Advait Greenergy's expansion and commitment to new operational growth within the state.
