Vesuvius India strategically closed its Visakhapatnam plant (VS Plant), replacing it with a new state-of-the-art Al-Si Monolithic Plant at Parawada. VS Plant's last year turnover was INR 337.92 Cr (18.08%) & net worth INR 2.59 Cr. No adverse business impact expected.
