Moneyboxx Finance Ltd — Important, 11-10-2025: Company Update

Moneyboxx Finance's Working Committee has approved issuing 40,000 Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures via private placement. The debentures have an aggregate value of 40 Crore, with an additional Green Shoe Option of 15 Crore. These debentures will be listed on BSE. They carry an interest rate of 10.25% papm and have a 24-month tenor. Principal repayment is scheduled as 50% at the end of the 21st month and the remaining balance upon maturity. This issuance will strengthen the company's funding profile.
