Saven Technologies has issued newspaper advertisements and sent reminder letters to shareholders regarding unclaimed final dividends from FY 2018-19. This action is to inform shareholders whose dividends have remained unclaimed for seven or more consecutive years, making their shares and outstanding amounts liable for transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders need to update their bank details and submit required documents to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent by December 31, 2025, to claim their dues. Failure to do so will result in the transfer of shares and unclaimed dividends to the IEPF, after which no claim can be made against the company.
