Indo Thai Securities Limited — JV/Acquisition, 13-10-2025: Demerger

Indo Thai Securities (ITSL) is demerging its core Broking & Distribution (B&D) business into a new, separately listed entity, Indo Thai Financial Services (ITFSL). This strategic demerger aims to unlock value and sharpen focus for both the B&D segment (which was 99.60% of last year's INR 26.72 Cr standalone turnover) and ITSL's remaining ventures. Shareholders will receive 1 share of ITFSL for every 1 ITSL share they own. ITFSL will then be separately listed on BSE and NSE, offering investors direct exposure to the focused B&D unit.
