Modern Insulators Ltd — Dividend/Bonus, 13-10-2025: Corp. Action

Modern Insulators has fixed 31st October, 2025 as the Record Date for its Scheme of Arrangement involving Modern Polytex Limited. On this date, shareholders of Modern Insulators will be identified to receive equity shares of Modern Polytex. Eligible shareholders will get one fully paid equity share of Modern Polytex, with a face value of Rs. 10, for every two fully paid equity shares of Modern Insulators they hold, also with a face value of Rs. 10. This announcement clarifies the process for shareholders to receive shares in the new entity from the arrangement.
