This involves demerging the Jewellery Business from Parshva Enterprises to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Simandhar Impex Limited. Parshva will now focus on Real Estate and Cut & Polished Diamonds. This strategic move aims to create independent and focused management for each business, allowing distinct growth strategies and offering shareholders greater clarity and potentially enhanced value from the segregated operations.
