This strategic move aims to diversify and strengthen Mipco's business portfolio by entering new sectors, including transportation, logistics, manpower supply, hospitality, and healthcare services. Satyacare Solutions reported a turnover of Rs. 25.9 Crore for the financial year 2024-25. The acquisition intends to leverage the target entity’s assets and business potential for Mipco's future operations, especially as the acquirer currently has no operational revenues.
