Emami's promoter group entity, Diwakar Finvest Private Limited, has pledged an additional 25,000 shares. This increases their total pledged shareholding from 4.24% to 4.25% of Emami's total equity. The shares were encumbered with HSBC InvestDirect Financial Services (India) Ltd under a lending agreement. This represents a very minor adjustment to the promoter's overall encumbered stake.
