    IREDA's board approved consolidated financial results for Q2 & H1 FY26. Net profit for the quarter ended Sep 30, 2025, was ₹549.33 Cr, and for the half-year, it was ₹796.21 Cr. The board also cleared financial statements for a planned Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP).
