    CG Power allotted 40,000 equity shares to employees under ESOP 2021: 10,000 at Rs. 454.40 and 30,000 at Rs. 635.10 each. This infusion adds ~Rs. 2.36 Cr to the company. Paid-up capital increased from ~Rs. 314.94 Cr to ~Rs. 314.95 Cr.
