ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited — Board Meeting, 14-10-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

ICICI Prudential Life has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. PAT jumped 26% to ₹601 Cr, VNB was ₹1,049 Cr, and Embedded Value grew 9.7% to ₹50,501 Cr. New business sum assured rose 19.3% to ₹6.77 lakh Cr. The Board also approved the sale of its pension fund subsidiary.
