Hypersoft Technologies Ltd — Important, 14-10-2025: Company Update

Hypersoft Technologies' Independent Directors (IDC) have assessed the open offer by Narra Purna Babu to acquire up to 42,25,442 equity shares, representing 26% of the company's expanded capital. The offer price is Rs. 11 per share, totaling approximately Rs. 4.65 Cr. The IDC determined that the offer is fair and reasonable for public shareholders. It's noted that 36,05,000 shares from a recent preferential issue, which are currently locked-in, cannot be tendered in this open offer.
