Thyrocare's Board approved Q2 & H1 FY26 consolidated financial results. Declared Rs 7/share interim dividend. Also approved a 2:1 bonus issue and a raise in authorized share capital from Rs 100 Cr to Rs 300 Cr, both pending shareholder approval. Re-appointed EY as Internal Auditor.
