Thyrocare Technologies Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 14-10-2025: Dividend

Thyrocare has approved a significant interim dividend of Rs 7 per equity share for FY25-26. The record date for this payout is October 24, with payment expected within 30 days.

In a major move, the Board also approved a 2:1 bonus share issue (2 new shares for every 1 held) as a gesture of appreciation to shareholders. This proposal is subject to shareholder approval, with the record date to be announced later. These bonus shares are expected to be credited by December 13.

Additionally, the financial results for the quarter and half-year were approved, alongside an increase in authorized share capital to Rs 300 Cr to facilitate the bonus issue.
