Thyrocare Technologies Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 14-10-2025: Record Date

Thyrocare's board has greenlit an interim dividend of Rs. 7 per share for FY25-26. Shareholders must be on record by October 24, 2025, to receive this payout. Separately, a 2:1 bonus share issue (2 new shares for every 1 held) was approved, subject to shareholder consent. This bonus, capitalizing approx Rs. 106.11 Cr, will see the authorized capital increase from Rs. 100 Cr to Rs. 300 Cr. The record date for the bonus shares will be announced in due course.
