Rama Phosphates' board announced strong Q2 net profit of Rs 17.28 Cr (YoY jump from Rs 3.08 Cr) and H1 net profit of Rs 33.32 Cr. An interim dividend of Rs 0.50/share was declared, and a 9 lakh ESOP plan approved. Greenfield project trial production by Q4 FY26.
