Rama Phosphates Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 14-10-2025: Dividend

Rama Phosphates has declared a first interim dividend of Re 0.50 per equity share (10% on face value of Rs. 5) for FY2025-26, following a robust quarter. Net profit for the quarter was ₹17.28 Cr, and for the half-year, ₹33.32 Cr. Public shareholders registered by October 21 will receive payment on or after November 25. Significantly, promoter and promoter group shareholders, holding 2.65 crore equity shares, have waived their right to this dividend, boosting payout for other investors.
