Yaari Digital Integrated Services Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 14-10-2025: Record Date

Yaari Digital has fixed October 28, 2025, as the Record Date for its Scheme of Arrangement. Shareholders of Dhani Services Limited will receive 294 Yaari shares for every 100 held (fully paid-up). Indiabulls Enterprises shareholders get 110 Yaari shares for every 100. India Land Hotels Mumbai shareholders receive 322 Yaari shares for each share. Post-merger, Yaari's name will change to "Indiabulls Limited", with a consolidated net worth of around Rs. 2,500 Cr.
