    Indiabulls Enterprises' Scheme of Arrangement is now effective. IEL shareholders will receive 110 fully paid-up Yaari Digital shares for every 100 IEL shares. A Record Date has been fixed for this share exchange. Following the scheme's completion, IEL's shares will be delisted.
