The company will integrate "Temi Tea" under its brand while acknowledging its origin, and will be solely responsible for all branding and promotional efforts. This collaboration strengthens MRC Agrotech's entry into the premium tea and beverage segment, enhancing its Agri-based business verticals. The agreement is for three years, with a potential for renewal, and is expected to boost revenue streams and brand equity over time.
