Insolation Energy Ltd — Important, 14-10-2025: Company Update

Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated two new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries: DJEM Green Infra Private Limited and NRGE Green Infra Private Limited. These new entities are special purpose vehicles designed to develop, erect, and operate solar power plants. This strategic move expands the company's capacity in the solar industry, enabling future project execution and strengthening its renewable energy footprint. Each SPV has an initial subscribed capital of 0.01 Cr, fully funded by the subsidiary.
