Asian Hotels (North) Board approved increasing authorized share capital from Rs 70 Cr to Rs 75 Cr. They also greenlit a preferential issue of 2.318 Cr shares at Rs 330 each (~Rs 764.94 Cr) to Elana Holdings. An EGM is announced for Nov 8 to seek shareholder approvals.
