Asian Hotels (North) signed a definitive agreement with Elana Holdings Pte. Ltd. for a preferential issue. Elana will invest ~Rs. 765 Cr for 2.31 Cr equity shares at Rs. 330/share. Funds are exclusively for debt repayment. Elana will be a passive financial investor without control or board representation.
