    Ashiana Housing's Q2 FY'26 area booked was 4.13 lakh sq. ft. (INR 303.43 Cr), a decline from prior quarters due to fewer significant new launches. Ashiana Swarang Phase-2 launched, selling 16 units (INR 20.19 Cr). Handover commenced for Ashiana Tarang Phase IV-B and Ashiana Advik Phase-1.
