    Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 3,00,000 secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of ₹1,00,000 face value each through private placement. This raises approx. ₹3002.10 Cr for the company. These NCDs offer interest rates around 7.5% p.a. and will be listed on BSE. Significant fund infusion!
