Capri Global is issuing secured NCDs of ₹1,000 each, targeting ₹200 Cr, with a greenshoe option for an additional ₹200 Cr, totaling ₹400 Cr. The company's borrowing limit has also significantly increased from ₹15,000 Cr to ₹25,000 Cr.
