Parshva Enterprises Ltd — Dividend/Bonus, 15-10-2025: Corp. Action

Parshva Enterprises shareholders will receive shares in Simandhar Impex, following a sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement. A record date has been set to determine eligible shareholders for this share distribution. For every 10 equity shares held in Parshva Enterprises, shareholders will receive 3 fully paid-up equity shares of Simandhar Impex, each with a face value of Rs 10. These new shares of Simandhar Impex are proposed to be listed on the BSE, providing investors with a stake in the newly created entity and potentially unlocking value from the demerger.
