IRM Energy increased its stake in associate Venuka Polymers (VPPL) from 33.33% to 50% for Rs 1.05 Cr. This strategic move in the irrigation systems segment makes VPPL a 50% owned entity, which had FY25 turnover of Rs 97.45 Cr.
