Heritage Foods reported resilient Q2FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹1,112.5 Cr, up 9% YoY, achieving ₹2,249.3 Cr for H1, up 10% YoY, despite high procurement costs. Value-Added Products (VAP) were a key growth driver, with segment revenue rising 14.8% to ₹341.7 Cr, contributing 31.4% to total revenue. Overall Q2 PAT increased 5% to ₹51.0 Cr, and diluted EPS was ₹5.5.
Strategic focus areas include expanding the high-margin VAP portfolio, leveraging GST benefits for consumers, and deepening digital engagement. Notable developments include establishing a new ice cream plant in Hyderabad and increasing stake in Heritage Novandie Foods to 94.4% to boost fermented dairy. Subsidiary Heritage Nutrivet also saw strong 34% YoY revenue growth.
Management is optimistic for H2, projecting growth from improving milk availability, festive demand, and the formalization of the dairy market. Upcoming capacity additions like the ice cream facility, alongside continued innovation and farmer partnerships, are expected to drive sustainable long-term expansion.
