    Navkar Urbanstructure's board has increased authorized share capital from Rs. 113 Cr to Rs. 163 Cr. They're re-evaluating a Rights Issue for fundraising and approved a postal ballot for e-voting (Oct 18 - Nov 17) to facilitate these changes.
