    Virinchi Limited — Board Meeting, 15-10-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Virinchi's board approved raising up to ₹56 Cr via a preferential issue of 2 Cr convertible equity warrants at ₹28 each to promoter and public entities. It also greenlit a remuneration revision for Mr. Viswanath Kompella, Advisor to the Board. An EGM on Nov 15 will seek shareholder approval for these proposals.
