L&T Finance's board approved Q2 & H1 FY26 consolidated results: PAT at ₹734.88 Cr (Q2) & ₹1,435.72 Cr (H1). They also acquired a gold loan business for ₹711 Cr and raised ₹1,500 Cr via NCDs, maintaining 1.07x debt security cover. #LTF #Financials
