GEECEE Ventures is investing Rs. 15 Cr in Welspun Enterprises (WEL) by subscribing to 2,85,714 convertible warrants at Rs. 525 each. Warrants convert to equity within 18 months. WEL, in civil construction, reported Rs. 2827.39 Cr turnover (FY24-25).
