This new entity will operate as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) focused on developing, constructing, operating, and maintaining solar power plants, including rooftop solar photovoltaic projects, and offering related consultancy services. This strategic move aims to expand the company's presence and capabilities within the growing solar industry, furthering its renewable energy initiatives.
