    TMLCV allotted 368.23 Cr shares to Tata Motors shareholders (1:1 ratio) under a scheme, while cancelling its 0.05 Cr existing shares. Consequently, TMLCV is no longer a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Motors. Listing of new shares is in process.
