Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 75,000 NCDs to identified investors via private placement. This move raised Rs. 750 Cr for the company. Each debenture has a face value of Rs. 1 Lakh and matures in September 2028 with a 7.2959% coupon, infusing capital.
