    Mastek's board has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended Sep 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue hit ₹940.37 Cr for the quarter & ₹1,855.07 Cr for the half-year. Net profit was ₹97.45 Cr (Q) & ₹189.50 Cr (H1), boosted by a ₹141.72 Cr gain from contingent consideration reversal.
