Wipro's board has announced a board meeting on Oct 16, 2025. They approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended Sep 30, 2025. Q2 consolidated net profit was ₹3,246.2 Cr, with revenue at ₹22,697.3 Cr. They also confirmed acquiring HARMAN's DTS business for $375M.
