Shareholders will vote on enhanced related party transactions. Ramky Infra proposes giving ₹150 Cr inter-corporate deposit to Numen Growth Partners, an ₹800 Cr corporate guarantee for subsidiary SBEL, and increased inter-corporate deposits with SBEL.
