Ishan International Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on October 16, 2025. The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Arvind Kumar Verma as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. The Board has also approved the sale of property at Yamuna Vihar Project, Jaypee Greens, and authorized reinvestment of the sale proceeds in a new property in the interest of the Company.
