This is to determine Mangalore Chemicals shareholders eligible to receive Paradeep Phosphates shares under the scheme of arrangement. Shareholders will get 187 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each of Paradeep Phosphates for every 100 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each of Mangalore Chemicals.
