Jaykay Enterprises' 50:50 Joint Venture, JK Phillips LLP, has been awarded a turnkey project by Ircon International Limited to design, supply, install, commission, and train for plant and machinery at various MSME Training Centres across India. To facilitate this project's execution, JK Phillips LLP secured a Performance Bank Guarantee of approximately Rs. 6.97 Cr from State Bank of India, backed by a Counter Bank Guarantee. This operational update highlights the joint venture's active involvement in national infrastructure development.
