    Nureca's Board approved consolidated financial results for Q2/H1 ended Sept 30. Q2 revenue hit ₹38.12 Cr with a profit of ₹0.81 Cr (EPS ₹0.08). H1 revenue reached ₹70.19 Cr, reporting a loss of ₹0.32 Cr (EPS ₹(0.03)). The company is also undergoing a merger with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nureca Technologies.
