Ceigall India is forming two new wholly-owned subsidiaries, Ceigall Green Energy MH1 & MH2, as SPVs for solar projects. These will execute 190 MW and 147 MW solar power projects awarded by Maharashtra. Initial investment for each SPV is ₹0.01 Cr.
